LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas - December 22, 2004 - Javelin Cycles is excited to announce the appointment of James 'Mac' McEneaney as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. McEneaney's duties will include the management of sales representatives and international distributors, as well as managing marketing programs for Javelin Cycles, Zero components, and the North American distribution of Lightweight wheels.
"Javelin has done a fantastic job of establishing themselves as premier frame designers. I am excited to build on their design success by helping dealers understand the role that Javelin can play in growing their business," said McEneaney. "Javelin offers some of the best programs in the business that will give retailers the tools to achieve that growth."
"We've known Mac for several years in his previous role and we are very pleased that he has made the decision to join us at Javelin", stated David Varwig, Javelin CEO. "Mac has the energy and the presence to expand Javelin's dealer structure and sales force."
Javelin's product line includes a full range of high performance frames and complete bikes. The pinnacle of Javelin's design achievement is represented in the Gattinara and Barolo models.
