June 25th at 10:00 am, just outside the InsideOut Tent.  Dave will present some key items that
athletes can use in the final 16 hours to improve confidence, performance and reduce any potential
anxiety.  Topics will include pre race and race day logistics, key elements of the course, pacing
cues, new age group rules, and other race day strategies that can be effected by weather etc.
These simple ideas will help athletes prepare mentally and give them confidence as they stand at

A WORD FROM OUR SPONSORS

JAVELIN
Simon Lessing Nets Second Straight Win on a Javelin

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas - May 26, 2005 - Simon Lessing dominated the pro field at the Ford
Florida Half Ironman at Walt Disney World Resort last weekend with a time of 3:52:06.

It was a hot day on the course," said Lessing.  "I now have an advantage getting off the bike - my
legs are fresher for the run than they have been in past years.  The bike to run transition has
been helped greatly by my bike this season."Lessing's 1:15:47 run split was the second fastest
of the day and his bike split was almost three minutes faster than last year.

Javelin athlete Michael Lovato finished in fourth place overall with a time of 4:00:54.  "The Disney
race was another good test for me, one that proves to me that I\'m riding the fastest triathlon bike
on the circuit," Lovato said.  "My big problem now seems to be that Simon has one also!   However, I
do look forward to our rematch down the road at Ironman Coeur d\'Alene."

In late January, Lessing traveled to Little Rock for fitting sessions with Scott Warren, Javelin's
founder and bike designer.  "When Simon came down here, we were excited to fix some of the flaws in
his bike position prior to joining Javelin," Warren said.  "Our time was well-spent.  One of
his concerns was being able to run well off the bike, and it has worked for two races in a row
this season."

The Javelin Arcole that Lessing and Lovato rode are stock models.  Developed through Javelin's
wind tunnel testing program, the Arcole was designed specifically for triathletes and time
trial racers.

In addition to Lessing and Lovato, 88 Team Javelin members participated in the race.  The team was
created by Javelin to support age group athletes at the grassroots level.  "This was my first
chance to see team members racing at a large event," said Mac McEneaney, Vice President of
Sales and Marketing for Javelin.  "What spouse, friend or relative hasn't spent hours waiting
patiently to see their loved one for just a few seconds on the bike or run.  You can pick out the
Team Javelin uniforms from a few hundred yards away."

Lessing and Lovato will both continue racing on June 26 at Ironman Coeur d'Alene.

The complete Javelin line of bikes is offered through select, high quality bicycle retailers
throughout North America and overseas.

Lauren Jensen takes third in Brazil on a Javelin

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas - May 31, 2005 - Javelin athlete Lauren Jensen earned a third-place finish
in the women's pro field last weekend at Ironman Brazil with a time of 9:49:11.

Jensen managed to stay close most of the day and posted one of the top female bike splits (5:20:36)
and was second female off of the bike.  She managed to keep pressure on the leaders for most
of the run.

In my past Ironman races I have been too flexed during the bike, causing back
pain and digestive problems from being hunched over," said Jensen.  "Brazil was my first Ironman
on my Javelin Arcole, and I felt great the entire ride."

Last week, Jensen placed second among the pro women at the Memphis in May Triathlon with a time
of 2:04:17.

Jensen's finish adds to a successful month of racing for Javelin athletes. Simon Lessing set a
course record at Wildflower and also won the Disney Half Ironman.  Michael Lovato placed second
at Ironman Arizona and fourth at the Disney Half.

We are thrilled with Lauren's finish," said Mac McEneaney, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
for Javelin.  "She's from the Midwest, and this was a great chance to showcase her talent on an
international stage."

The Javelin Arcole that Jensen rode is a stock model.  Developed through Javelin's wind tunnel
testing program, the Arcole was designed specifically for triathletes and time trialists.

The complete Javelin line of bikes is offered through select, high quality bicycle retailers
throughout North America and overseas.

ENERGICE
San Diego State University Is "Cool"!

Energice is now the official recovery nutrition product for San Diego State University. Energice
signed a one-year contract to supply its Glutamine fortified Energice Freezer Bars and Sports Drinks to the San Diego
State Football, Women's and Men's Basketball and Golf programs.

Starting this summer, Energice will be available to athletes participating in various high school
sports camps. The football and basketball teams will begin using the products this summer as well,
in their weight room workouts and  when fall practices begin in August.

Commenting on the deal, Brand Director Dale Hastert noted "This is a really significant
partnership for us in that it lends a tremendous amount of credibility to Energice benefits in
mainstream athletics."

Energice is in the process of finalizing similar agreements with other large collegiate athletic
programs. "This kind of exposure is creating exciting sales and marketing opportunities for
Energice in the  team athletic channel," says Hastert. "The more athletes use Energice and
experience its significant performance and recovery benefits, the more we expect to deepen
our niche in the sports nutrition marketplace," he adds. Look for updates on SDSU experiences with
the products as they get into their respective sports seasons.

Team Javelin members can save up to 15% on carton purchases of Energice, or up to 30% on case
quantity purchases, by using your Team Javelin code - JAV05. Visit www.energice.com for more
